We spend 60 minutes with exercises for the biceps, triceps, shoulders, abdominals, hips, legs, thighs, and of course our gluteus. We also do strengthening poses and stretches that makes your core and back stronger.
This is so important and will help to prevent injury. We spend a good portion of the class stretching as well. Resistance training and Flexibility are the 2 most neglected components of fitness.
