We spend 60 minutes with exercises for the biceps, triceps, shoulders, abdominals, hips, legs, thighs, and of course our gluteus. We also do strengthening poses and stretches that makes your core and back stronger.

This is a 60 minute, fun and high energy class! They move about stations of different exercises for one minute each. After they have completed one full round, we rest for a few minutes, then do it again. The time flies by, as they are having so much fun!

This class is all about strengthening and stretching while moving with the breath. It is designed to release tension and stress by holding in such poses. This is for ALL LEVELS.
This class is designed to raise the heart rate in quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short periods of rest.
We move from station to station performing different exercises working all different areas of the body. This usually consists of approximately 8 stations, staying at each station for 1-2 minutes, then switching. We have a recovery period for a few minutes, then repeat the various exercises a 2nd time.
We end with stretching all the muscles in the body and feeling accomplished at the work we’ve done.
