This class is designed to raise the heart rate in quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short periods of rest.
We move from station to station performing different exercises working all different areas of the body. This usually consists of approximately 8 stations, staying at each station for 1-2 minutes, then switching. We have a recovery period for a few minutes, then repeat the various exercises a 2nd time.
We end with stretching all the muscles in the body and feeling accomplished at the work we’ve done.
We always end each class with gratitude.
